Boca dos Namorados with its wonderful landscapes and Cabo Girão with the amazing glass floor balcony (589 mts).
From Funchal, we drive to Boca dos Namorados, where the altitude is nearly 1000 meters. From this fantastic place we will see the famous Nun’s Valley, and the viewpoint of Eira do Serrado. The next stop is Jardim da Serra, Madeira’s cherries land, which offers us beautiful landscapes.
Then, we go to Cabo Girão, the highest cliff in Europe and the second highest in the World (589 mts). It offers a spectacular panoramic view over the ocean, Câmara de Lobos and Funchal’s Bay; this viewpoint has been renovated and it is famous for its suspended glass floor balcony. Our tour has its last stop at Câmara de Lobos, a fishing village, which is one of the most traditional places in the island.
